We're expanding Sora testing to a diverse group of creatives, including digital VFX pioneers, architects, choreographers, engineering artists, and creative entrepreneurs. This initiative aims to understand the model's capabilities and limitations, shaping future research to create safer AI systems. While access remains limited during safety testing, we celebrate these artists' work and their reflections on using Sora. Danielle Baskin, a product designer, situation designer, visual artist, and founder of a virtual Tarot platform, utilized Sora to generate video interpretations of a classic major arcana Tarot deck. She describes working with Sora as dreamlike, producing otherworldly and unexpected results that often bend the rules of physics.
