The reason why certain socially constructed ideologies such as racism and other forms of discrimination continue to exist is because the starting point isn’t correct. Policies are being produced not to help people but rather to make organisations look good. With such policies people have been reduced to empty containers fighting to be filled with who can produce the best anti discrimination policy whilst absolutely having nothing to do with elevating humanity. I think in English this kind of behaviour is called hypocrisy.
