The car buying process has changed. If you sell cars, have you adjusted? How is it working for you? If your answer is not "great," this is well worth 90 minutes to open your eyes to some things such as: What goes wrong when your first question is "Can I help you?" Your questions are not just to understand their needs - the first step to influence is validating their perspective. They small but important change to separate yourself and make them feel uniquely valued vs. just letting them focus on the lowest price.
