I recently had the privilege to attend a three-day Masterclass offered by 'Seven7 Training'. The topic of the Masterclass: Strategic Learning and Development – Transforming Training to a Strategic Learning Partner. Presented by the brilliant Charles Cotter, PhD. Widely regarded as a subject matter expert in the field of strategic talent development. Herewith a few key learnings I would like to share: • As Learning specialists, we need to transform our offering to the business, from ‘Training’ to ‘Strategic Business Partners’. Bringing innovative learning solutions which can shape and support strategic business decisions. • Our future learning strategies should be evidence-based strategies and need to be data driven to quantify the value L&D have to the business. • L&D should be core to the business and not seen as only a support function. L&D should be seen as an investment and not an expense. The future will demand from us to be able to quantify ROI for L&D. • Going forward, as learning specialists, we should be able to measure the change that comes because of learning. We need to speak the same ‘language’ as Business. • L&D is much more than just ‘training’ and should be seen as a key lever for having that competitor edge. • The question we must ask ourselves “Am I future fit as a L&D Specialist?” A sincere thank you to Sanofi for giving me this wonderful opportunity to learn and grow as L&D Specialist. This masterclass inspired me to take the role of L&D to the next level as strategic business partner at Sanofi. #SanofiStories #DiscoverExtraordinary #ActWithImpact #ChaseChange #LearningandDevelopment I leave you with this famous quote:

Looking back on the past six months, I’m filled with gratitude for many learning opportunities Roche has provided me. It’s been a great experience and a honor to work alongside many supportive colleagues — true experts in the cold chain transportation, knowledgeable logistics professionals, and skilled mentors. Key takeaways for myself: - Collaboration really matters: Whether between carriers and forwarders, forwarders and manufacturers, across manufacturers internally - every link in this SC counts, especially when it’s all about getting healthcare products to those who need them. - Communication is (still) everything - Data is at the very heart of every project. High-quality data is game-changer - Continuous improvement sets us apart, and it starts with small steps. One of the highlights for me was working closely with Michael Gade. Thank you for having full trust in me, constantly motivating me, and being such a supportive mentor. A special thank also to the Global Transportation Management team and the Quality Team for the great collaboration and valuable insights. And till we meet again! I’m super excited to start my Master’s program Global Logistics at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and begin a new chapter with 4flow as a Working Student in 4flow management team. Cheers to new beginnings and the new journey ahead!
