Good morning and Merry Christmas today cultivate gratitude, acknowledge and appreciate the simple joys and blessings in our lives. There is a beauty in our spirit when we practice gratitude and acknowledge the beauty around us, express our deep appreciation for the people we love, and focus on the positive aspects and gifts we have in our lives each day. Finding the meaning in the small moments and simple things is a foundational base to find our peace and our joy. Many perceive that happiness can be found in grand achievements or milestones. Living a life and acknowledging simple joys gives happiness with innocence and deeper joy. Learning to find joy and meaning in the small moments of our everyday life is true happiness, like enjoying a morning cup of coffee and good conversation with a parent, enjoying the peace of heart that a sunrise or sunset brings to our spirit and energy or an embracing hug that connects us with loved ones. Today enjoy simple things, acknowledge your gratitude to others, embrace the small moments of simple joys, and live with the grace. Have an amazing day celebrating our circle and go be you.

This isn’t just a Latina issue—it’s an issue for all of us. When Latinas are underpaid, the entire economy suffers. They have less to invest in local businesses, less to put into their communities, and fewer opportunities to build generational wealth. It limits the economic potential of entire communities and industries. Latinas contribute greatly to their workplaces—taking on extra tasks, translating, mentoring, and stepping up time and again without seeing it reflected in their paychecks. **That’s not just unfair—it’s unacceptable.** We must demand better.
