Hi, Having completed my first year with Atom (https://www.atominc.com), I am happy to share that the organizational culture is pleasantly unique. Writing to highlight my refreshing stint on providing professional services with a practitioner approach.   In my opinion, over the years, Atom has continued to adopt a holistic and comprehensive methodology. The message has been clear from day one: successful transformations depend on an effective synergy of People, Process, and Technology.   We, at Atom, bring the above perspective to life by embedding change management into every transformation. Far more than being just a preliminary step, the ‘Phase 0’ Rapid Assessment Methodology for clients has been a way of life for the Atom team.   We focus on a client’s maturity in terms of both change and process, together with the impacts that proposed changes may have on their business. The goal has never been merely to implement a new software, but to partner with the client team towards a People and Process focused business transformation. This cultural and procedural shift has been delightfully eye-opening for me!   Reflecting on my personal journey, my time at Atom has been a game changer. The emphasis over the past year has been the importance of focusing on the human experience, coupled with the technology aspect. I am thankful to Atom for helping me to imbibe and assimilate the experiential insight that genuine transformation transcends mere adoption of new software and systems.
