This is such a golden opportunity that shouldn't go to waste. Unfortunately, that's the case for many interns and companies across the country. With just a little bit of time and intention, companies can create life-changing internship experiences for these soon-to-be First-Generation Professionals while getting a leg up on identifying high-potential talent to bring on full-time.
