Inbound leads are hot, but not for long... Those hot leads will cool down fast if you don't respond quickly. Blake Hudson knows that urgency needs to be your priority. If you can move with speed, it shows those leads: 1. You're on top of things and can be trusted 2. You're willing to meet their needs where they are It's why we make speed to lead a priority at Chili Piper 🧡 No point in making the hottest leads wait around indefinitely when you can prequalify them and route them to the right sales rep. And as Blake says, "if you move too slowly, not only will you lose a potential customer, but you'll lose all their future referrals as well." Your competitors will be happy, though. After all, 50% of leads wind up working with the company that contacts them first. How quickly are you responding to your inbound leads?
