AstraZeneca’s Post

To improve global health outcomes, we need to build stable, resilient health systems with the right infrastructure, and ensure they meet people’s health needs today and tomorrow. Around the world, health systems are struggling, overburdened by ageing populations, the increase of chronic disease and the impacts of climate change and nature loss on health. Through our integrated approach to sustainability and focus on acting early, we’re committed to working with others to strengthen the delivery of care. Discover how we’re helping to accelerate change with the Partnership for Health System Sustainability and Resilience (PHSSR): https://learn.az/6047Q3buH!

Addressing today’s healthcare challenges while preparing for the future is no small task. Excited to see how these collaborations will make a difference!

My friends, these recruiters, these big companies that post jobs, apparently, seem like they just want to promote the company. Because most of the time the answers they give you are ready-made answers apologizing but that they chose another candidate. And the same company posts the same job the following week. And when they hire someone, it is almost always not because of the person they hired, but because someone recommended that person. You can realise by the services provided that the person does not know what they do or why they are doing a certain job. In other words, 90% of all this here has become like Instagram, where people post and show happy and wonderful moments when in fact their lives are nothing like what they are posting. Anyway... Those who fall for these beautiful stories are those who do not have the capacity to think or just want to be part of something. A big hug to everyone and good luck.

health infrastructure System designed for a very different health systems need organizational overhauls. Vertical public health strategies have never led to sustainable and long-term healthcare improvements. Health care cantered around provider is inconvenient, expensive, and confusing to patients. Treating and preventing chronic diseases is the top public health priority for today’s health care system. Access for easy basic healthcare is sadly broken. Most are culpable, including patients. Acknowledging past successes and failures help to keep public trust. Assumption that biomedical innovation will infuse its way into where it’s needed is not true.

It is inspiring to see how AstraZeneca uses its wealth and influence to help to solve modern global problems in healthcare in more than 30 countries! I particularly respect evidence based approach for recommendations, meaning that changes in infrastructures are more likely to be efficient and hence save more lives.
