We won!! Our 15 story passive house modular project won NYSERDA’s Building of Excellence award!! Assembly OSM is a proud recipient of NYSERDA’s #BuildingsOfExcellence Award in the Winning Demonstration Projects category for its project at 247 E 117th St, which is being developed and designed by Assembly OSM. NYSERDA’s Buildings of Excellence is a $58 million competition that recognizes and rewards the design, construction, and operation of zero carbon emitting multifamily buildings.
