𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁... And just like that, we're nearly halfway through this year. It's a great time to reflect and ask ourselves: how are we doing with our goals? Did you break down your yearly goals into quarterly goals and actionable steps for each one? Beside your professional and business goals, also set personal ones, including those related to your health, family, personal relationships, and personal development for a better balance in life. Once you have defined your goals and actions, how would you track each one of them? Here are some apps to consider when tracking and managing your goals: - Trello: perfect for organizing your tasks and visualizing your progress with boards and cards; versatile for various types of projects and goals. - Asana: excellent for breaking down your goals into manageable tasks and keeping track of deadlines, especially for teams; allows for detailed task dependencies and timelines. Cleaner Asana Task Management A great practice for teams that use Asana is to never put links or non-issue descriptions inside subtasks. Any Google Drive links, external links, or other information or comments should go in the parent task. If you happen to be a team member working on a subtask and you need to find something… go up to the parent task and check. This keeps everything cleaner and easier to use. ---- 💡 Follow me @aaronlynnme to free up your time using productivity and management systems. 📬 Want more? I've tried Asana, Trello, ClickUp, you name it. But they never stick. I always end up in a trusty old spreadsheet So I created the ultimate task management sheet: - Prioritize - Keep notes/details - Define constants - Track completion Everything you need to stay organized with no fluff or configuration. Feel free to take a copy of this template and try it. While you're at it let me know where it could be improved. Google sheets link in comments below 🤗
