A little over a year ago, I graduated from college. Reflecting on my old assignments and projects has made me realize how far I've come in my career journey. I am incredibly grateful for having graduated and for believing in myself to achieve all my academic accomplishments. I’ve realized that I haven't shared much about my projects while in college. So, better late than never, I wanted to share a project that I hold near to my heart. You can find this psychological study below in my projects.

🎓 [Life Update: Graduated!] Reflecting on my journey from the days of envisioning college life to the reality of experiencing it firsthand, I've come to realize that the notions I once held weren't always accurate. While some believe that college life is a breeze, especially within esteemed institutions like IIT/NIT, the truth is far more nuanced. It's been a roller coaster ride, where time seemed to slip away faster than I could have imagined. Over the course of eight semesters and a staggering 167 credits, comprising 39 subjects, 23 labs, grand viva, seminars, research projects, and endless assignments, the pressure was undeniable. Yet, somehow, the preparations always seemed to commence just hours before deadlines—a testament to the art of last-minute studying. From impending assignment deadlines to grappling with attendance quotas, insurmountable exam syllabi, class tests, placements, and personal challenges, it often felt like navigating a minefield. There were moments of despair, frustration, and self-doubt, compounded by the challenges posed by stringent academic standards and archaic administrative practices. But amidst it all, every trial and tribulation served as a crucible, forging resilience and fortitude for the journey ahead. Yet, amidst the chaos, there were also moments of respite—memorable nights of revelry, farewell celebrations, impromptu gatherings, and tales of youthful indiscretions that added a touch of levity to the otherwise demanding landscape. It's these moments, shared with friends who once competed for the same towel or slice of cafeteria fare, that remain etched in my memory. The true value of premier institutions like the National Institute of Technology Rourkela lies not only in the academic rigor but also in the myriad opportunities and exposure to the world beyond. While these experiences may not always align with our expectations, they contribute to our growth and evolution in ways we may not fully appreciate at the time. So, as I bid farewell to this chapter of my life, I'm reminded that college life, with all its imperfections, is undeniably beautiful.📚 #college #graduated #collegediaries #collegedays

𝑫𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒚 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒔, 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒅... ↳ 1st semester - first-class ↳ 2nd semester - dropped (second-class upper) ↳ 3rd semester - dropped again (but still second-class upper) I wasn't bothered, after all, second-class upper is still good. ↳ 4th semester - back to first-class (a small mistake, I will drop again) And this happened, My lecturers and even professors who had not yet taught me took notice, they called me into their offices, encouraged me to keep up the good work, and urged me to maintain my efforts. Just this short phrase "Well done, keep it up" made me want to go the extra mile to maintain that first class and I did (by God's grace and hard work). I didn't drop again, kept increasing till I graduated. Someone will say; "are you not doing it for yourself?" But imagine graduating or receiving an award and 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 says "congratulations." It's like they didn't even see you. How would you feel? Sometimes, it’s not about seeking validation, but those small gestures of recognition from parents, family, friends, mentors, or advisors can make all the difference. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞. Happy #National #HigherEducation Day! As a first-generation college student, I’m incredibly proud to have earned multiple higher education degrees (including a doctorate!), breaking barriers and setting new standards for my family and generations to come. My wife’s journey to her master’s degree has been equally, if not more, inspiring. She faced many hurdles, including cultural expectations working against Latinas, faculty that tried to deter her from her goals and dreams, and the juggling of various roles (e.g., wife, mother, employee, student). Yet, she did it! Education has transformed our lives and continues to open doors to opportunities. Today, we celebrate the power of education to uplift and empower. Here are some key takeaways from our educational journeys: 💡 Perseverance Pays Off: The road to higher education can be challenging, but dedication and hard work lead to success. 💡 Support Systems Matter: Having a strong support network, whether family, friends, or mentors, is crucial for academic success. 💡 Education Transforms Lives: Degrees are not just pieces of paper; they represent growth, opportunities, new perspectives, and the ability to envision a new reality. 💡 Never Stop Learning: Education is a lifelong journey. Keep seeking knowledge and self-improvement. Here's to lifelong learning and the pursuit of knowledge! #HigherEducation #FirstGen #EducationMatters #LatinosinEducation ##LatinasinEducation

🌟 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 🌟 Life is not always fair, even when you're doing your best Expecting fairness at all times is like expecting a bull not to charge at you just because you're a vegetarian.
