Thanks to a £2,000 grant from the Thornton Family Fund, Artichoke Trust inspired over 900 children in Kirklees with the transformative power of art and music. 🎨🎶 Through HERD for Kirklees Year of Music 2023, local children: ✨ Developed craft and music skills ✨ Built confidence performing to 15,000 people ✨ Felt pride in their creations and part of their community Highlights included crafting with The Children's Art School, learning songs inspired by heritage, and meeting Kindra, the colourful HERD sheep! 🐑 💬 “The impact on our communities has been incredible!” - Tracy Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire This is the difference your support makes.
