Artichoke Trust’s Post

“For a lot of us, art isn't accessible. I'm a self-taught artist and everything I've learnt is via facilitating - going to summer programmes like these when I was growing up in Egypt really changed the course of my life. It’s important that we support them, so that everybody can access art” - Tasnim Mahdy, Summer School Facilitator. With just 4 days remaining in The Big Give #ChristmasChallenge, we're counting on your support to raise £5,470 and reach our £10,000 goal. Donations are being doubled today and all weekend, so there’s no better time to make a difference. ✌ That's one donation, with TWICE the impact. The clock is ticking! Let’s go further before the campaign ends. Donate via the link in caption. ❤🔗 Thank you to our Champion Funder The Childhood Trust, and Pledge Funder Aldgate Connect BID, who are matching all donations. 📸: The Gallery Summer School, August 2024. Wonderful to see local businesses supporting this through Aldgate Connect BID If all the businesses in the area gave we would get over the line with our match funding which would be a great thing.
