Whilst business leader are seeing encouragement for AI use, our recent report, Trust in AI, has discovered a big gulf between countries. From China (96%) and India (94%) leading the way in business engagement to Japan (54%) and the UK (65%), the variances are striking. A similar picture emerges in terms of confidence in their business's ability to harness the benefits of AI. Businesses will be at the vanguard of the AI transformation. They have a powerful opportunity to inspire wider society as to how AI can be a force for good, which in turn can help build trust and confidence.
