It's been a week of intensive building and we're proud to announce the release of the first beta version of TeamUP in three days time. #Day 03/03 • Did a few tweaks to the Hero section • Limited Each user to 3 posts per day • We're also focusing purely on the main goal of the product for now - that is, connecting interested collaborators to you. For that, we'd affiliate users to get a linkTree account to be able to apply for ads - this will serve as their portfolio which the adOwner would use to access them. Other minimal changes are being made at the moment. Being a Web3 founder and a father of two little angels—each role brings its own unique set of challenges and joys. As a founder, every day is filled with complex decisions, late nights, and constant learning. In Web3, the landscape changes rapidly, and the stakes are high, making this journey both thrilling and challenging. It’s about building something from the ground up, navigating uncertainty, and pushing boundaries—all while aiming to create a product that truly makes a difference. But then, there’s another side to my life: being a dad. In the midst of deadlines, calls, and strategy sessions, my daughters remind me of the simplest, purest joys. Whether it’s a laugh, a story, or just a moment together, they help me step back and see the bigger picture. They ground me and bring balance, reminding me of what truly matters. Both roles—founder and father—are tough, but they’re also deeply rewarding. One fills my days with purpose, the other with love. Together, they teach me resilience, patience, and gratitude. To every parent balancing family with a startup or career, I see you. Let’s keep striving, finding joy in the journey, and remembering that, at the end of the day, it’s all worth it.

Many web3 founders are deep on the technical side and don't have much of a Presence on LinkedIn. I recently started working with a tech founder to revamp and improve his profile. He added another core member on the team and I'll be working with him too. Its made me wonder how many web3 techies out there are sleeping on building their profile on LinkedIn. As a technical founder its easy to go all in on the tech and leave the marketing to the marketing team. They probably aren't so focused on your brand but more on part of figuring out how to onboard users ( thats our bread and butter , the team onboarded 80k users under a week recently ) Yes - build the community, onboard users But with a stronger personal brand - you're bound to stand out more and attract people into your community. I saw a post earlier on how most web3 projects are hard to understand... Which is why as the technical founder behind the vision, having a brand and sharing your story behind what you're building will make a difference.
