A reminder of what these have been: 1️⃣ 1st Industrial Revolution - Steam power and mechanisation, increasing production in the late 18th - early 19th century 2️⃣ 2nd Industrial Revolution - Marked by electricity in the late 19th - early 20th century, now that was a massive step enabling creation of modern manufacturing 3️⃣ 3rd Industrial Revolution - Automation and globalisation with the help of Computers was mid - late 20th century 4️⃣ 4th Industrial Revolution - early 21st century and currently ongoing through digitalisation - IoT, robotics, Blockchain, Ai and smart phones. The 5️⃣th Industrial Revolution focuses on the integration of human values, ethics and personalisation, with deep multi layered collaboration between people and the machines, all driven by AI, machine learning, and biotech. This is not about efficiency but rather about individualisation for society at large. So what could that look like for motor dealers?
