But one of the other predictions that made, which I thought was was sort of ironic, this convergence of technology and renter decision making. And one of the ways I've really heard this described from technologists is that pretty soon we'll be to a point where AI really gets kind of arms and legs. Right now it's been a big brain that could kind of write for us and think for us when we want, but we haven't really given it the agency to go out and act independently in the world. So maybe 11 frame of this is like many of you have probably had. AI writes something on your behalf or give you a draft of some writing. I would be shocked if very many people have given their credit card information to an AI agent to go and buy something for you, right? That's not a barrier that we've crossed. But I think that's not too far out into the future. And I think that that's another thing to watch for how the AI conversation will evolve in 2025 as well, because we won't just be exiting 2025 with a different set of market. Conditions will also be exiting 2025 with a different set of technological capabilities than we had then we have today. And so that's always something too to be on the lookout for.
