The two states that really stick out for me is that 53% of leads that come in are coming in after hours and then 39% of all the leads coming in go on worked. I think the, the big thing is, is being able to respond in real time. And so a lot of our prospects, they are looking for apartments after work and things like that when the office is closed, which makes total sense when they have down time. And so that's where I can jump in and or help there. So automating your tour booking, having a chat bot on the site. So when they are scrolling the website and the ability to book a tour in real time is huge. But then again, also like proactive lead management and engagement. So automatically calling leads, the ability to call a lead. Even when the office is closed is huge to be able to grab their attention right then in there when they're looking. And then also like consistent follow up as well. So following up via e-mail six day time to keep the prospect engaged. And then overall, like not all leasing agents are super sales oriented. Some leasing agents excel at managing residents, but may struggle with the sales aspect like converting leads to a tour. And so I know it's huge to have the ability to have a I jump in, send those emails, make those phone calls to make sure that we're really working. This leads to the full extent. I think the number one thing that I noticed is that first hand making cold calls can feel like pulling teeth for some leasing agents and that's OK. Not every leasing agent is built for sales, but many are fantastic at closing deals. Once the prospect is on the tour, however, getting them can be. Getting them there can be the toughest part and that's where I can make a difference. A partner of mine recently activated Lea Pro and in just one week it works. 22 leads in book 7 tours with zero effort coming from the leasing team. Those are 7 prospects that are ready for tour. And that's freeing up a ton of releasing agents time to focus on what they do best, which is closing the deal in person. I honestly think it all ties together. So if you have a prospect that submits a lead at let's say seven, 8:00 at night, by the time you're releasing team is back in the office and able to respond to that lead. There's so much that's happened, that prospect has gotten up, they've gotten ready for work, they might be at work. And so it's super important to be able to book that tour in real time. And honestly, that ties into staying ahead of your competitors with real time tour booking as well. If your competitors have tools that allow prospective book tours in real time, you risk losing the lead while they wait until the next morning or afternoon. To hear back from releasing team I hear it all the time we're losing leads to competitors often it's simply just because their team doesn't have an AI tool where the renter can engage and book a tour and so ensuring that you have the right tools in place that let renters book tours instantly when you have someone lying in bed again suddenly inspired to search for apartments let's make sure that we have tools that allow them to book those tours in real time don't miss out on valuable traffic just because of prospect submitted a tour request and your team wasn't able to follow up in time and. Instead that that prospect was able to book a tour with somebody else just because they had a chat bot on the website. The number one thing is just making sure that we're striking while the iron is hot. With 64% of consumers expecting real time responses, it's crucial that we work these leads more extensively. AI can significantly increase your tour bookings and maximize your ROI with your lead flow. So closing leads to early are not responding in real time, waste value marketing dollars. We see it all the time where it's like, hey, we're spending two $3000 a month and we're just not getting anything out of it. And sometimes it's simply just because they're not getting working the leads extensively enough and getting those six to eight touch points. Sorry to turn that lead into a tour and eventually getting that lease. So AI ensures that you're getting the most out of leads, helping you hit your goals efficiently. And TLR group has already seen a 54% increase in tour bookings, so the proof is in the pudding.

At the start of the year, our Mid-Market Sales Teams in the EMEA region committed to better leveraging our own #ConversationalIntelligence tool 'Zoom Revenue Accelerator', as part of our wider initiative to incorporate #AI into our daily sales practices. Whilst we still are a work-in-progress on fully utilising the tool, the learnings and insights we are seeing are more far reaching than I even thought was possible. As a Revenue Leader, my participation in customer calls tends to be in later stages of the Sales Cycle, or from time to time, in Customer Escalations. So I miss a lot of what our customers and prospects are telling us about their challenges and needs. With ZRA, I created a playlist which captures all of my teams daily conversations, I get notified daily on Movements in Key Opportunities, Key Discussion Topics (think competitors, objections etc.) and it serves up Themes and Trends that we can feedback into our Marketing and Product teams. Some of my learnings on how I am using the tool include: 🚄 Being able to digest calls in my own time, my preference is generally on my commute into and leaving the office, or setting time in my calendar to review. 💬 Getting closer again to what our customers and prospects are actually saying by focusing on customer dialogue. 🤹♂️ Feeling better prepared when I go into later stage customer calls and escalations. 🕵♂️ Being able to provide hands-on coaching and feedback to my colleagues (AE's approach me to review and feedback on a call they recorded).
