Ticket ID #557503 - Raised on the 25th Sep - Still open. 2. Ticket ID #366106 - Raised on the 4th Aug - Closed informing that we have test driven and the problem didn't occur to us and hence we are closing it. If it occurs to you again, we'll send it to OEM for inspection. Email -  I have query regarding car warranty - raised on 28th Sep - since there was no response from customer success or warranty team. Please advice if you have grievance team or escalation matrix? I am not getting adequate support from your team and would want to explore the options to get this issue resolved. Guess what I did? I built PetQuest. When you know something is going to be successful, you go after it. A simple psychological analysis told me he had a preference for old-fashioned, traditional ways and that reflected into his work. Tradition is great but innovation is what keeps the Earth in motion. Do I regret creating PetQuest? Not one bit. Sometimes listening to what you know is right is the best move you can make.
