I don't have a Black Friday discount. My pricing isn't made to make me money. I charge high-ticket because of my clients. Let me explain: If my price was $100 bucks, Absolutely no one will get results. "What are you talking about Antonio?" There is no emotional investment. People don’t care about 100 bucks. But they do care about 1,000. Just one 0 changes everything. With low ticket pricing: 1. They will not care about it 2. They will not see you as premium 3. They will just give you more problems It’s just not worth it. Yes, for physical discount is amazing. For digital high-ticket… Not really. You DON’T have to do a percent or dollar off sale for Black Friday. Here are some other ideas for creators: 1. Offer a “lite” version of your signature program! Ex - I’d normally your program includes calls + bonuses, make a lite version that is only the main program. You can do this with your services, coaching, consulting, or courses. No fluff and perfect for people that want to test before going all in! 2. Early access or presale something you’ll be creating in 2025. Black Friday is good time to test new offers + validate new ideas! Offer a sweet discount for folks that buy in early. 3. Pay what you want (within reason!) Set a minimum price for a specific product but let customers decide what they want to pay above that. This can be a cool way to also test pricing 👀 Whatever you do - make your offer something you’re truly excited about promoting and feels good.

Why wait for Black Friday when you can crush it early? We ran an early bird sale over the last week. VIPs got first dibs for 72 hours. Then we opened it to the full list for a further 3 days. And boom—over £40,000 in sales. 💸 Now the offer’s closed, and we’ve got two weeks to build hype for the biggest sale of the year. The strategy? Exclusivity, urgency, and a clear timeline. VIPs feel special, the short sale creates FOMO, and the break builds anticipation. Next up: teaser emails, sneak peeks, and prepping the list for deliverability. It’s all about pacing and keeping people on the edge of their seats. Black Friday is going to be massive. Let’s make it count.

"I'm going to wait for Black Friday to get this," said my wife and every other person in America thinking about a purchase after October 20th. Why? Because the retail industry has trained their audience to do so. But no one ever says, "I'm going to wait for Black Friday to buy this Mercedes." Because they don't do deals like that. You want a Mercedes, you pay for a Mercedes. If you are a coach, course creator, or other professional expert, are you Mercedes or Walmart? Are you training your audience to wait for the next "deal" or are you showing them that you offer only quality and quality that people are happy to pay for? If you sell low quality in volume, go ahead and offer Black Friday deals. If you offer high quality solutions to high quality people, stop the Black Friday deal crap. Be Mercedes, not Walmart.

Black Friday deals reek of desperation. Especially if you sell a digital knowledge product. Be different. Establish your price. Stick to it. Stop offering special deals because “you are supposed to.” If you can offer 50% off on Black Friday, maybe you should offer 50% off year round and just change your price.

Is Black Friday broken? I had no discounts, no ads, no flash sales and yet.... Just had my BEST Black Friday ever. How others do Black Friday: -Slash prices to beat competitors -Run endless ads screaming "SALE!" -Hustle desperately for every sale How I do Black Friday: -Offer real value, no discounts -Build trust with my customers -Deliver an experience they won’t forget Here’s the secret: Make people want to buy from you. Stop racing to the bottom with discounts.

Is anyone noticing that early Black Friday Offers aren't converting? We've seen consumers: - Holding off, anticipating potentially better deals - Expecting similar discount percentages, if not better if they wait - Potentially experiencing a bit of sale fatigue? The one scenario we are seeing have success is limited quantities and urgency. Interested in hearing others' experiences and results...let me know below if your early deals are proving to be fruitful.

"Only 2% of Black Friday deals are actually at their lowest price of the year on the day...[Most] discounts are available at the same price—or cheaper—within six months before or after." 💸 Found via the "Totally Recommend" Substack: https://lnkd.in/gGV-NhsJ 🤡 Read study details here: https://lnkd.in/gPzXKUFw

Black Friday: Real Deals or Clever Distractions? 🛍️ While the hype is hard to miss, here’s the reality: ▪️ 98% of Black Friday deals were the same price or cheaper at other times of the year ▪️14% of products have their prices raised before being "discounted" on Black Friday It’s all about creating urgency and triggering impulse buys, but here’s my take: 💡 If you don’t need it, it’s not a deal. It’s wasting money. 💡 A sale price means nothing if it was overpriced to start with. 💡 The real win is only buying what you actually need. For me, there’s just one thing I’m after. A Ninja dual air fryer for £119.99. My mum “borrowed” mine a while back, and let’s just say it’s not coming back. What about you? Are you grabbing any genuine bargains or just sitting it out? Let me know below 👇 (P.S. Found a real deal? Drop it in the comments. Always good to share the wins!)

1moI’ve pondered back and forth about offering discount on my services for BF, but in the end I decided to just offer more value. So this week EVERY client gets at a weekly 1:1 mentoring / coaching session (including group workshops up to 10 people! - It’s actually been received so well, I might even do it longer term, but we’ll see!
