How much of the mid-level supply chain market is immediately available to start a new role? See our June Market Data below for the % of immediately available candidates across planning, logistics and analytics. Please note that this data is collected from our live cloud based candidate portal. Demand Planner – 4% Logistics Coordinator – 3% Supply Chain Analyst – 6% Supply Planner – 5% Warehouse & Distribution Manager – 8% The reason we are seeing more candidates finding themselves available are either as a result of redundancy (slight, but occurring) or coming to the end of contract. These candidates are now opting for contract opportunities to keep themselves employed while looking for the ‘right’ permanent opportunity. We are slowly seeing an increase for contractors as an interim solution while companies are also sourcing for a permanent option for the same role For more information please email me – antonia@jigsawtm.com #recruitment #talentmanagement #supplychain
