Loved the witty introduction! Clickbait can be an art when used well – and it looks like you’ve nailed it with this one. 🎯 Excited to tune in and catch some laughter with YORKSHIRE GREAT & SMALL. Sometimes, humor is the best way to connect with the audience, and it seems like this series has plenty of it! I'll definitely check out the first episode. Curious to see what other surprises the series has in store. Question for the readers: What's the best clickbait title you've come across that actually led to something worthwhile? #ContentCreation #HumorInMedia #YorkshireGreatAndSmall
“Siri… show me an example of clickbait” 🥴😂 Wait until you watch it later in the series and you can see that we both laughed our heads off. YORKSHIRE GREAT & SMALL is on Thursdays at 8pm on Channel 5 and you can catch up with the first episode here… https://lnkd.in/ekZ9XcUW

This has been such a great listen. Lessons that I have drawn from Everjoice Win are that: 1. Change is incremental, and even though one may have radical ideas, it is essential to attach those ideas to those with the levers of power and funding, ensuring that the work and the ideas are pursued even at the risk of not getting applause. 2. Meet people where they are and start from there. She mentions an instance where some country directors could not understand why the organisation shifted from gender to a more rights-oriented approach. Sometimes, people are not opposed to change; they just do not understand. 3. Finally, it is okay to take what may be termed easier wins. For her and her team, this meant being actively involved in education programs and achieving those wins. These conversations are a breath of fresh air. They provide the nuances of leadership from different angles and, above all, show that change is a lifelong process.
The third of the four-episode conversation with Everjoice Win and Professor Awino Okech is out now. Listen here - https://lnkd.in/ec9kpAyy Follow us to ensure you do not miss the final episode and others on the legacy series.

Guiding people into uncomfortable (even panic zone) areas can be the difference between status quo and healthy growth. The below starts at the 30:25 time marker of this week's episode 🎧 : https://lnkd.in/dWWJuU3c "There is this other route... to have impact on people... to get people uncomfortable... even in the panic zone, to help them see they can stretch a lot further" - and then John asked me: "Who are you... how do you give... how do you receive?" ... moving clearly from the top of the Iceberg (easy questions) to the much bigger and darker area below the water. Thank you John Baines. 🎙Episode 129: Growth Between Comfort- and Panic Zones
