No matter how talented you are, if your availability is inconsistent, all you are is hype. There's no need to waste time broadcasting what you intend to do when you should do it silently. The more attention you draw by speaking about intent, the larger target you become. Speak less and do more. Listen twice as much as you talk.

Avoid the trap of broadcasting your challenges to everyone. Instead, harness the power of selective disclosure. Engage with those who can offer meaningful support and guidance. Broadcasting your struggles to the wrong audience May only attract sarcasm and pity, further perpetuating feelings of defeat. And do not allow life's challenges to define who you are. 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚 𝒁𝒊𝒈𝒈𝒚

Remember, communication is successful based on how the recipient understands and needs it… not how you want to send it… Check what you’re actually doing… are you trying to communicate, or are you ‘broadcasting’? If you’re broadcasting, then not everyone will be tuned into your frequency. Try this; every time you think you need to communicate something, replace that word with ‘Have a conversation about something’. It can be an asynchronous conversation, but a conversation nevertheless. Give it a go.🔸🔶

The depth at which we can unconditionally love ourselves is the depth at which we can create magic and miracles. Because, here's why. The depth at which we can unconditionally love ourselves, the ripple effect of that, is an energetic projection, is what we are broadcasting. That becomes what we are broadcasting, if you will. That's the radio station that we're tuned into, is unconditional love. When you're in unconditional love, you're in the frequency of truth. When you're in the frequency of truth, there's no judgment. There is acceptance, not tolerance. Don't confuse that again. That's a massively corrupted entanglement. Acceptance is a beautiful state of being. Tolerance is not. Because acceptance comes from surrendering, not giving up, but surrendering to the truth, surrendering, letting go of that, which we feel that matters in this 3d world and leaning into the truth of who we are.

Another secret have come to realize over my few years in broadcasting is… Proper care and maintenance of your broadcast equipment are essential to ensuring smooth and successful productions. When you take the time to care of your gear, it’s like building a relationship with it—your equipment becomes reliable and less likely to fail you when you need it the most. On the other hand, neglecting your equipment can lead to unexpected issues, often at the worst possible moments, like during a live show when there's no room for error. Simple habits, like keeping liquids far away from your gear, regularly cleaning and storing your equipment properly, and performing routine checks, can make all the difference. Remember, your equipment is the backbone of your production. Treat it with care, and it will serve you well.

🌿When preforming a live broadcast, 1) Make sure your sound system is clear and, at a volume one's audience can hear each other. 2) Apologies to your audience when you are late. 3) One's title is not nearly as important as the individual's name and, the way they convey themselves including, the subject/s matter/s. 4) The host nor, the co-host should ever lie to their audience, for any reason.

Absolute facts. What creative ways can you get reps? Mute your TV! Put together a basic chart. Call along with your favorite team. Commentate Madden or NCAA 25 games. Every rep matters, and it doesn’t have to be at the stadium for a broadcast company. Next level talent requires next level preparation! What you do today influences every tomorrow.
In broadcasting, I’ve learned to maximize every opportunity to improve. Play-by-play is a craft that needs many reps. Every Gators home 🏈 game I get a space in the stadium to broadcast the PxP with local radio veteran Steve Russell as my analyst. It’s refined my process in the week of prep and on gameday. You won’t know what works for you or where you need improvement if you don’t do the hands-on work. For young PxP broadcasters, find ways to create tape. Listen to others work and listen back to yours consistently. The reality is you’ll never be totally satisfied, and that’s ok. With consistency, your progress will be noticeable and get you closer to your goals.
