Young people told us that when they are struggling, they are usually told to see a professional. This can be a great help, but young people don’t often get much advice about how they could help themselves. Over the holidays, young people might not have access to their usual support networks. This is where self-care could come in. It’s up to each person to decide what works for them, but we hope these self care tips and activity ideas - designed in collaboration with our Young Champions - will be useful: https://orlo.uk/OsYNH And for parents, our Parent and Carer Champions offer some tips of their own: https://orlo.uk/AZN2R Remember these are not a substitute for seeing a mental health professional. 💙 #AnnaFreud #MentalHealthCharity #MentalHealthMatters #ChildrensMentalHealth #YoungPeoplesMentalHealth #YouthMentalHealth #SelfCareTips #SelfCareMatters
