I got a lot of questions about how to build a personal advisory board, who to include on it and how to use it. While it will differ for everyone here are some general rules 👇 What else should I consider adding?

Great advice on building a personal advisory board! One thing to consider adding could be the importance of diversity within your advisory board. Having a diverse range of perspectives, backgrounds, and expertise can provide a more well-rounded and insightful support system. Additionally, emphasizing the value of reciprocity in relationships could be beneficial, encouraging individuals to offer support and guidance to their advisors as well. Overall, fantastic insights shared!

Agree, 100%. special thank you to Anne Simmons-Benton, Katherine Raphaelson, Tonya Nations, and Farai Ntuli, to name a few, and to David Trichler for introducing this concept to me back on the 3rd floor of 427 Scotland St.
