🌟 Fall Seven Times, Stand Up Eight 🌟 Searching for a UX/UI design role in London is a journey full of challenges and lessons. Every rejection, every unanswered application, every "thanks, but no thanks" feels like a step back. But every time, I stand back up, dust myself off, and move forward. Why? Because every fall teaches me something: 💡 A better way to present my portfolio. 💡 A clearer way to tell my story. 💡 A sharper focus on what truly matters to hiring managers. This process isn’t just about landing a job — it’s about resilience, growth, and believing in the value I bring as a designer. It’s about designing solutions, not just for users, but for my own career. To everyone out there chasing their dream role: you’re not alone. Keep standing back up. Every "no" gets you closer to the "yes" that will change everything. 💬 What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your job search? 3wIt's an incredibly challenging time at the moment. I personally feel like a lot of roles just aren't moving forward because : - Seems to be a lack of motivation to hire - Big focus on UI and Visual Design - Lots of applications (according to LinkedIn - Not so much activity from recruitment agencies - Recruitment agencies are usually the ones who are highering for roles where there is a little urgency to get someone in.
