Human connection and client relationships are integral to the success of any service based industry. In a world where technology is more and more relied upon, there can be no comparison or replacement for making the effort to build genuine connection. How? By listening. By going the extra mile. Sending that follow up text. Remembering their dog’s name. Being honest. It’s so easy to forget that you get to do what your love and build the career of your dreams (whatever that may be) because of YOUR client trusting in you, so invest in them. “Show me the MONEY” 💲🤑 “Jerry Maguire” is one of my all-time favourite films. No, Tom Cruise is not the only reason to love the film. But this film ends on a great message. 🎥 Many of my clients directly don’t use the phrase “show me the money” but this is how the world works. Isn’t it? Clients come to me thinking I will deeply understand their requirements and get the job done. If I’m not bringing them money, I will be replaced pretty quickly. But the question is it that difficult? 📈 I honestly think business cannot be done by being too practical. Be little human and connect with your clients on a human level. 📈 Try to understand their requirements and explain your vision. Doing the business together means bringing 50-50 from both the sides. Promote their business with my skills. 📈 Create a relationship with your client beyond business. I’m not asking to be too personal with them. But you can be a good friend too. Business is more about bringing the perspectives together. That’s how money comes to you. Also, you need to respect money, attract it and not chase it. Even law of attraction says the same. Hopefully this weekend, we all will come up with a new vision of business for the coming days. 👀 Follow Moumita Biswas to read more interesting stories #MoumitaWrites #business #entrepreneur #businessideas

If you can do this, you can INCREASE your prices ⬆️ My wife @aj_vaden’s professional “love language” is responsiveness. If she sends you a message, she expects a quick reply. To her, fast responses signify respect and reliability. And you know what? She’s not alone. As a consumer, I’ll happily pay more for faster results. In fact, two-thirds of people say speed is as important as price in their purchase decisions. 🤯 Which means... 💰 Money follows speed 💨 And if you can deliver faster results for people, you can charge higher prices. I made a short video showing you exactly how to deliver faster results for your clients + examples of how we do it at @brandbuildersgroup. Comment “117” and I’ll send it your way. How can you make speed your competitive advantage in 2025? #businessstrategy #entrepreneur #businesstips #missiondrivenmessenger

Here are 7 things I wish I knew before starting: 1. Clients’ pay you for results, not your knowledge. 2. Build trust with quick replies, and being genuinely interested. 3. Nothing can make up for quality. Not even speed as the gurus say. 4. A seamless, enjoyable process can outweigh minor flaws in your service. 5. Your role is to understand underlying problems they haven’t articulated yet. 6. Every client has different expectations, no matter how similar their requests sound. 7. Involve them in decision-making and let them feel like co-creators of the solution. What would you add to this list? #founder #entrepreneur

What was the most important thing for you when starting off with your business? I'd say mine was taking that initial step to starting, but afterwards, it was finding clients! And that's something I still struggle with, but am improving! Some things that have helped me when cold calling clients are creating a prompt, making it more conversational rather than sales-y, and providing value to the conversation! - A prompt helped me with creating a direction for the conversation. That way I didn't get stuck up or anxious in the middle of the call. - Keeping it conversational made it stress free! It wasn't as scary as a "sales" call to me. - Providing value to the conversation keeps your potential clients interested, and makes you seem more friendly, then "corporate". Try some of these out! They can definitely help! - #coldcalling #newclients #entrepreneur #smallbusiness #SBO
