😵💫 As humans, we tend to overcomplicate things. Therefore, today just a simple straightforward nugget with practical tips from the book ‘Facilitator’s guide to participatory decision-making’ from Community at Work (that Ewen Le Borgne and I will unpack and explore deeper in the Facilitation Training).
