The year 2024 began with a significant change as Margaux Conil-Séon embarked on a new journey. While her departure posed a challenge, we wholeheartedly congratulate her on her progress and look forward to collaborating again when our paths intersect. Magali Mattar, who joined us in October 2023, is now entering her second year with us. She quickly integrated into the team, contributing her multicultural experience, competence, serenity, and humility. We promise to keep up with our running shoes in an effort to match your impressive sporting achievements.

This past year has seen a rise in #disciplinary and #harassment cases, a regrettable trend that seems to indicate internal dysfunctions within #EUadministrations. Additionally, 2024 highlighted the challenges faced by #whistleblowers. We are pleased with our collaboration with the European Whistleblowing Institute (EWI) and the Harassment Support Network (HSN). Despite these challenges, we are committed to strengthening our partnerships and engaging with more organisations in 2025, amplifying our collective voice for meaningful change. We celebrate the victories of 2024, recognising that each challenge we faced became a stepping stone toward growth and success, illustrating that progress is often found in the journey.

In 2025, we will continue to reflect on and ethically integrate digital tools to modernise and refresh our legal practice, allowing us to free up precious time. This time is often scarce due to the constant pressure and workload that impact our #worklifebalance and health.
