Its hard to believe it’s just on a year since I started at TREC. Getting a team working together, systems and tactical consistency up and running that is strategically aligned to help deliver the construction 🚧 programme is the comms team’s bread and butter. 💡 When a community is well informed they may not like the disruption, but moving their sentiment towards acceptance helps us deliver construction milestones. 🔖Newsletters and letter drops may not seem like the most exciting things, and the consistency is important. However in civil infrastructure they prove time and time again that they are an important part of the comms mix for our communities and stakeholders in this project. 🧐 What’s your experience with newsletters, in and out of civil infrastructure?
