Amazon I have been compelled to report this incident here as your customer support is becoming good for nothing day by day and there is no benefit or satisfactory response of being a prime member for amazon . I really don't believe companies like Amazon who say we are the most customer satisfactory marketplace on planet earth are becoming ridiculous day by day . It's been a month now I have reported an instance for a missing commodity in my order and there is no such response from the Amazon customer support team. The name of investigation your team is wasting time and money of customers . If your chat support and call support is only to repeat such scripts of saying thanks and sorry then you should definitely grow up . Contact me as early as possible .

Amazon does not answer emails when returns apply. We are requesting the management of refunds for import fees charged extra, never returned on all purchases made. They are not able to answer the emails, the customer service does not have an answer to this either and Amazon is keeping the money from the purchases by not returning the extra taxes charged. There must be many buyers who experience the same thing. Amazon takes care of what it deserves and does not keep money that does not belong to it. Unfortunately here in Chile there is nowhere else to contact. If the same situation happens to someone else. AMAZON POLICY: "International purchases require payment of import costs and if the amount charged is greater than what was actually used to import the product to the customer's country, then in 180 days the unused cost will be refunded" Import Fee Deposit Import Fee Deposit is an estimate of the import fees for the products in your order. It may not represent the actual amount paid to customs authorities. If a refund is due, the difference will automatically be refunded to the payment method you used for the order. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund amount.

I am writing this to share my recent experience with Amazon. I ordered a Samsung phone (order number 171-7738604-6666747 ) worth ₹16,500/- on 17th November, supposed to deliver on Same day before 10 pm, but was not delivered. Delivered next day on 18th at 3.pm. Box was Tampered, it was not a usual packaging. Package was opened in front of delivery guy. Box was empty, delivery guy called the Agent, agent asked us to raise a complaint. Immediately complained was raised, Amazon customer care asked me to wait for 4 days to complete the investigation process. I was following up with Amazon Customer care. ( asked me to wait) On 23rd when I called Amazon customer care again, but no proper response. Disconnecting the call. No updates on investigation report by Amazon team. With no option left I am going to post this concern on all social platforms. I will also file a Police complaint against Amazon delivery agent and Amazon. Thank you
