We're growing from a startup to a scale-up. 4 years ago, we were a tiny entity in the financial sector with no users. → We are now a 7-figure business. → 1,000,000 employee network → 70+ mission-driven employees In a startup, everyone chases the ball. In a scale-up, each person has a position, and they trust their teammates. Like in football, each player knows when to runs towards the ball. This helps us work better together. Here’s how we’re making this change: → Giving everyone clear jobs to do. → Trusting each team member to do their job well. → Working together and talking to each other more. We’re also trying to get more people to use our services. We have a lot of users, and we want more of them to sign up for what we offer. To do this, we're: → Making our services easier to use. → Personalizing our services to fit different needs. → Telling more people about our services. Our goal is to grow and change. Making sure we help all our users while keeping the values that made us great. Moving from a startup to a scale-up is hard, But it’s important for us to grow. It’s about working smarter, not harder, and trusting our team.
That's awesome to see your journey from a tiny seed to a thriving tree! Shifting from chasing the ball to playing your position is smart. Trust and clear roles are game-changers. Keep up the great work! Amar Mistry
