Do you engage in waffling during conversations?
Not the breakfast kind, but the art of meandering through discussions.
Particularly in virtual meetings, the lack of waffling is noticeable. Is this an issue? For me, it is!
This morning, I had an engaging waffle session with Charley Bradbury.
Our chat spanned so many topics including:
daily routines,
workspace locations,
acts of kindness,
financial planning,
opportunities for the younger generation,
workload management,
new business ventures,
the fact we were waffling,
the importance of waffling,
a segment from BBC Breakfast,
and the benefits of engaging in waffling discussions.
Surprisingly, we covered all of the above in about ten minutes.
As small business owners and remote workers, we've made the discovery that waffling helped us set a positive tone for our day.
Have you embraced waffling today?
Consider incorporating more waffling into your conversations—it might just spark creativity and connectivity.
What topics will you waffle about today? Do you have someone to waffle to?
