Last Thursday, our sales team crushed it. We closed seven deals in one day – which is incredible considering how we only onboarded the sales team 8 weeks ago. During onboarding, there’s always an initial slow down while you get a new salesperson up to speed on the market, product, customers, materials. That initial slump can be scary and, candidly, was a grind. The last 8 weeks felt like a lot of effort and weight. But, if you’re doing it right, you reach an inflection point where everyone is onboarded, moving deals through the pipeline, and crushing their KPIs. Last Thursday was a really exciting inflection point for us. Seeing the team win together, hype each other up, and create even more momentum around Revv made the last 8 weeks totally worth it. And I’m not at all surprised by the deals they’re closing. Every single person on the team is full of passion, deep product knowledge, and real belief in the company. We’re now at over 200,000 ADAS repairs across 1200 shops – but last Thursday proved we're just getting started.

I hit 100% of my quota in the first two months as an AE 🚀🎉 Yes, that's right - I've achieved 100% of essentially the most manageable quota in sales history. Before you ask... yes, my quota was precisely 0 since I'm on ramp 😄 But let's not get stuck on details; a win is a win, right? Now I'm gearing up for the real challenge: March, the month where I have an actual quota.
