I recently had the joy of presenting to the Columbia University Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) class—an experience that felt especially poignant for me. Nearly 15 years ago, I embarked on this journey as a student in the same program, and it has been incredible to see how far it has come since then. Columbia’s MSRED program was more than just an academic pursuit; it was the launchpad for countless professional relationships, enduring friendships, and invaluable mentoring connections that have profoundly shaped my career.
