Happiness of Giving:- Ever thought what are we giving back to the society ? We are the most blessed with loved ones around, food, shelter, time for ourselves, love to give and live. Very Commonly most of us sometimes compared ourself with someone who did good in their career and personal life? Did you ever think of your own strengths and weakness? My version of Giving :- 1) God created us! we live this life with so much support , time to give it back to nature and the society. 2) Always it's good to be a giver than reciever , cuz receiver is going to be happy and your also happy giving, ultimately happiness is achieved . 3) Giving back with gratitude attracts more what your giving. 4) When you give something out of love and intention to support, you will get highest form of satisfaction and sense of achievement. 5) Even a small giving can bring smile on someone's face . The Power of Giving. What can we give? Time, reassurance, prayers, compliments, help—simple acts of kindness that can make a world of difference. But to give, we must remain open-hearted and aware of the needs around us. Empathy is key—recognizing and responding to the struggles of others. The parable of The Good Samaritan teaches us a powerful lesson: “Do you have the courage to step into someone else’s difficult situation?” It challenges us to sacrifice our time, comfort, and resources for the well-being of others. Another important question is: “Will I act out of fear, or out of faith?”Often, we hesitate to help because of fear, but true kindness comes from faith that even small acts can create meaningful change. Today, many are suffering from war, job loss, illness, and hardships. In times like these, we need leaders and individuals who prioritize kindness and compassion, lifting others up with understanding. Let’s come together in the spirit of giving—whether through charity, encouragement, or simply being present. By doing so, we can help build a more compassionate and united world. Here is a prayer from me for all. I believe prayers have power. Dear Jesus, Thank you for all the abundance you created for us. Teach us all to live in harmony and share the bounty so none shall sleep hungry 🙏🏻 There is so much hurt in this world. Please heal the world. Heavenly Father—heal us, heal me. LinkedIn is not the typical platform for sharing this type of information or plea for support. Still, although I post this with some reluctance, I remind myself of two things: 1) This is not about me, but about my brother and his surviving children and I need to leverage the resources I have available to me to support them. 2) Throughout my career, some of the people I have come to admire most, both in life and as working professionals, have been my coworkers. Colleagues that were mentors, peers that became friends, and supervisors that at difficult times, demonstrated compassion and care for me as a person, not just as an employee. I’ve been fortunate to work at places where I could be surrounded by such people. And some of you, while we remain connected beyond social media, only have LinkedIn as your social media channel. You are wiser than me for staying away from Facebook and Instagram, yet still those platforms have surprisingly (to me) been positive tools as I’ve navigated these past couple of weeks. Most importantly, my current team at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has been nothing short of amazing while I’ve had to step away for the worst disruption of my career. From my supervisor to my direct reports, taking the time to step away was done with ease and peace of mind, even during our busiest time of year as an enrollment management professional. So thank you for your consideration or, at the very least, gentleness for allowing me to share this challenge on a platform that is so often supportive, but for very different reasons. https://gofund.me/7a381250

Nobody can do it for you. Daily, we have the choice to make, whether we can and will find joy in the moment or not. Momentary joy comes from things, but choosing joy consistently will make it easier on the days when you’re struggling. 1. Look for one thing to be grateful for daily 2. Make a list to revisit on the very tough days 3. Don’t be hard on yourself, you’re doing better thank you think.

I love this quote as it highlights our responsibility in choosing whether we take on board what someone has said or whether we reject it. We get to choose how we respond to what is said. Choose to accept the good and the kindness that people give. You are worthy. We get to choose what goes into our head. Our minds are our greatest gifts. Be careful what gifts you accept. Accept the gifts of kindness. Reject unkind gifts or thoughts. You are worthy! Noone is inferior. Everyone has different gifts to share. Don’t compare your gifts with another’s. Be grateful for your gifts. Use your gifts to their fullest potential. You can! Solving challenges with your gifts is what make you stronger.
