🌍✨ Yesterday was the United Nations Day, which inspired me take a moment to celebrate the beauty of global connection. While the UN has its imperfections, it remains the only place where diverse nations come together under one roof to strive for a better world. Back in the day, organizing UN Day concerts at the General Assembly Hall in New York - sponsored by representatives from UN Member States such as China or Spain - demonstrated how music and arts can transcend borders and foster understanding among diplomats and audiences alike. This experience has been foundational to my work as a strategy consultant specializing in digital & organizational transformation, and collaboration. Navigating complex environments - from the sales and marketing in the luxury manufacturing sector to the global communications at the United Nations and business development & partnerships at a dynamic startup - has given me the ability to engage stakeholders globally, build ecosystems of alliances, and drive collaboration, operational agility, and innovation. Each transition has signified for me the importance of agility while also showing that it’s possible to find stability, even in the midst of change - much like my first unexpected sailing adventure to the Statue of Liberty, where trust and a willingness to learn guided me through uncharted waters, embracing the unknown. I owe much of my growth to the incredible people (some of whom I've listed in the comment section) who shared their insights and built bridges for me along the way. Their support has been instrumental in shaping my purposeful leadership, which is focused on guiding others through transformation and inspiring the integration of sustainability and social impact into profitable business models. I certainly hope to have inspired those I've encountered on their own career journeys, encouraging them to embrace change, growth, and the potential of collaboration. As Adam Grant wisely said: "In the past, people were hired and promoted based on ability. In the future, the more valuable currency will be agility." As I reflect on the UN Day, I celebrate the power of connection and the opportunity to continue building bridges, creating positive change and fostering ecosystems that drive collaboration, motivation to learn and the flexibility to change. Thank you to those of you who have opened their doors and have had faith in me, every step of the way! 🙏 🌍 #UnitedNationsDay #DigitalTransformation #BridgeBuilding #PurposefulLeadership #Sustainability #SocialImpact #Agility #Innovation #Collaboration

Happy International Women’s Day! 🌟 Inclusion for me is not merely about inviting women to the table. It’s about setting the table together, where every voice matters, and every contribution is celebrated. Today, we don’t just want a seat; we want to cook up change and savor the fruits of our labor. Ladies, let’s not wait for opportunities to be handed to us on a silver platter. Instead, let’s continue forge our path—a path that leads to empowerment, influence, and boundless possibilities. Our God-given abilities are our secret weapons, and we wield them with grace and determination. Remember this: “God is within her; she will not fail.” So,let’s rise, let’s continue to lead, and let’s leave an indelible mark on this world. Together, we’ll create a symphony of success—a harmonious blend of strength, resilience, and unwavering faith. Happy International Women’s Day! 🌹💪✨

As we approach the new year, it’s a good time to reflect on what unites us as Americans. While we may hold different political views, our shared goal of strengthening our Nation should remain at the forefront. Putting aside partisanship doesn’t mean abandoning principles—it means finding common ground and working together for the greater good. Whether through service, innovation, or simply supporting one another, we all have a role to play in building a stronger, more unified America. Let’s focus on what binds us as citizens and commit to working together to overcome challenges and create opportunities for future generations. United we stand. Let’s make 2025 and beyond, years of collaboration and progress.

"World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, also known as Diversity Day, is celebrated on May 21 every year. It is a day set aside to appreciate the #cultural #diversities between different countries, states, and people in the World. This day is of serious importance as three-quarters of the world’s major conflicts have a cultural dimension. That is a really big slice of the pie being culture-related. This has led to efforts by the #UnitedNations and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to curb this in a bid to achieve one of its major objectives — bringing #peace into the World." #WorldDayforCulturalDiversityforDialogueandDevelopment #DiversityDay

I recently watched a TED Talk that resonated deeply with me. The speaker Kavitha Varathan captured the emotions of women like us—women who have so much to contribute to their communities but often face challenges because of labels or how our experiences are framed. It’s a reality many of us know too well: the struggle to align our diverse skills and experiences with the language and expectations of the job market. I often compare job searching to finding your soulmate—it’s about discovering that perfect match where your unique skills and passions align with the right opportunity. Somewhere out there, a gap exists that fits us perfectly, and we’re searching for that place where we can thrive and make an impact. Let’s work together to bridge that gap. When we align talent with opportunity, we create a community—and a world—filled with more fulfilled, empowered, and happy individuals.

2024 taught me that our cultural identity isn't just something to accept - it's our greatest superpower. From pursuing my Master's in Educational Innovation at UNC Chapel Hill to expanding my impact with Nepantla Solutions, every step reinforced that being visible and authentic creates ripples of transformation far beyond ourselves. Mi corazón is overflowing reflecting on this year's journey: When my oldest son received presidential scholarships for college, I saw firsthand how breaking generational patterns creates new possibilities. As a first-gen Latina who took over a decade to finish my bachelor's, watching him prepare for university reminds me why representation matters. Through the Latina LinkedIn Visibility Challenge & Incubator, I witnessed incredible mujeres step into their power and claim their space. Each time someone found their voice, our entire comunidad grew stronger. And speaking of strength - delivering my first live keynote at Grainger (my professional home for 10 years!) about embracing our Latinidad showed me that our stories have power. The same cultural background I once tried to hide became the foundation for connecting with and elevating others. To every Latina questioning her place: You belong here. Your voice matters. Your dreams matter. Your presence changes everything. 2025, estoy lista! Ready to expand our impact through: - Growing AI literacy initiatives so our comunidad isn't left behind - Launching new leadership programs that celebrate cultural strengths - Creating more spaces for Latinas to thrive and support each other - Launching the Latina Visibility Challenge 2.0 - Continuing my MEITE journey in the fall to better serve our community Remember: Visibility isn't just about being seen - it's about lighting the way for others. **Text & Image created by Co-Author.
