The smiles, the laughter, the heartfelt moments, this is what the season is all about. As we reflect on the impact of our Christmas Care Packs Initiative, we are reminded that the greatest gift we can give is love and connection. Seeing the joy in the eyes of our senior citizens was truly priceless, and it reaffirmed our commitment to creating meaningful change in our community. Here’s a highlight of a day filled with gratitude, care, and the true spirit of giving. #AllianzCares #CSRInitiative #CommunityImpact #HolidayCheer #AllianzNigeria

🌟 Kindness Thursday 🌟 At Jeste Health Services, we believe that kindness isn’t just a value—it’s a practice that has the power to transform lives and build stronger communities. Kindness Thursday is more than a program; it’s a movement—a reminder that even the smallest acts of care can leave lasting impressions, this is why we have decided to pause and give back—sharing our time, resources, and hearts to make someone’s day a little brighter. It’s more than giving; it’s about creating moments of genuine care that remind us all of the power of human connection. Let’s continue to make Kindness a habit, not just a day. Because kindness isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. 💙 #KindnessThursday #HeartOfService #EmpathyInAction #JesteHealthServices
At Jeste Health Services, kindness isn’t just a day—it’s the heart of who we are and what we do, while #WorldKindnessDay reminds us of the power of compassion once a year, we believe in making every day an opportunity to show care, one kindness at a time. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new #KindnessThursday initiative. Every Thursday, our team will be out in the community, dedicated to intentional acts of kindness—volunteering, giving, and sharing our time and resources to uplift and support those around us. We are committed to fostering a community rooted in compassion and empathy, creating meaningful connections through genuine care. Join us in building a difference that lasts, because for us, kindness is at the very core of our care. #JesteHealthServices #KindnessThursday #CompassionateCare

This is just to remind you guys (can't tag Mercy tho I followed them) that nobody from HR has called me back about the competency deficit in one of your doctors and the faulty original assignment to that doctor for me... It would be embarrassing to tell everyone what he did and I haven't tagged him yet. But I did talk to one of your HR resources and explain that I have retained a lawyer and I'm going to sue you guys big time as big as I can and I'm going to go find a bunch of people and I'm probably going to look for a class action... I don't want to do that. I would rather you guys understand the cost savings that I bring to the table... there is no need to send me to endless doctor appointments anymore. SoonerCare is a government program and I want to save it as much money as possible, while receiving accurate treatment. I need one PCP appointment per quarter, one medication, and one IV treatment, and braces for sleeping. You also knew that I had neurosurgery but you would not refer me to neuro for follow-up even though my follow-up is overdue because that doctor does not accept my insurance. I have the right to reject treatment. I also have the right to sue you because you did not refer me to any doctor that can actually help me and then you kicked me out of your care. I still have not filled out the negative feedback for that doctor at all because I didn't want him to get in trouble because it's not his fault.... he is restricted by his own training to have confidence in himself. If that doctor's office called me and expressed the misunderstanding by the doctor and their ability to trust their own competency.... I would even go back to that doctor. Y'all can skip the shame of apology. I also realize that I have the right to make a big o sign and to sit my ass in front of your hospital.... and my temperature intolerance issues are remediated by the springtime. My direct line is 817-344-9125. As of 5/6/24 there will be no voicemail... y'all somehow service people with no phone. If I don't get your call, please indicate here what the reply number is. I formally release you of any efforts that you are making to ensure my right to privacy. You can release all of my PII as necessary. In fact you can also release all of my health records out here in the public or anywhere you want. https://lnkd.in/g2Xm9iUA

Have you heard about…Lilies of the Valley? They re-purpose is flowers from weddings, parties, and events, extending the impact beyond that single moment. A team of dedicated volunteers carefully arranged repurpose flowers into beautiful bouquets for those most in need. What patient wouldn’t want to receive a beautiful bouquet What a wonderful initiative! The concept of Lilies of the Valley is truly heartwarming and selfless. By repurposing flowers from weddings, parties, and events, the team of volunteers is able to bring joy and comfort to patients in hospitals and nursing homes. The gesture is not only a thoughtful way to reuse flowers but also a way to extend the emotional impact of those special occasions beyond the initial event. The idea of presenting beautiful bouquets to patients in hospitals and nursing homes is particularly touching. It's easy to imagine the smiles on their faces when they receive such a lovely gift, especially during times when they may be feeling under the weather or in need of some cheer. The bouquet becomes a symbol of kindness, compassion, and care, reminding them that they are not alone and that someone is thinking of them. Moreover, the act of giving flowers has been shown to have a positive impact on mental and emotional well-being. Studies have found that receiving flowers can boost mood, reduce stress, and even alleviate symptoms of depression. In a hospital or nursing home setting, where patients may be experiencing physical discomfort or emotional distress, the gift of flowers can be especially meaningful. It's clear that the Lilies of the Valley initiative is more than just a creative way to reuse flowers; it's a demonstration of community spirit, compassion, and humanity. The team of volunteers behind this project are truly making a difference in the lives of others, one bouquet at a time.
