How do we calibrate questions to transform conflict into collaboration? In most of our communication, it’s not what you say, it's how you say it that matters the most (Joey knows it 😊). Try incorporating more open-ended questions into your conversations. Start with “What” or “How”: -      How does this look to you? -      What about this doesn’t work for you? -      What caused you to do it? -      What is the biggest challenge you face? -      What about this is important to you? -      How can I help to make this better for us? -      How would you like me to proceed? -      What is it that brought us into this situation? -      How can we solve this problem? -      What are we trying to accomplish here? -      How am I supposed to do that? Works both in verbal and written communication! Give it a go 🤝 #conflict #collaboration #communication

To transform conflict into collaboration, ask open-ended questions. It's all about how you say it! What ways can we make this work for everyone?
