I had a great time at the PIN Society session! In this session I briefly discussed the three key traits that the most successful real estate agents have in common: Application, Basics, and Circle. I like to refer to these as the ABCs of success in real estate! 👉 Application The importance of developing a strong self-discipline (discipline is a skill) and fully understand they are running a business (not just selling houses). 👉 Basics The need to consistently execute the basic sales activities, such as connecting, lead generation, and client relationship management, even when the market is tough. 👉 Circle The value of being part of a supportive community or “circle” of fellow agents to stay motivated, share best practices, and overcome obstacles #RealEstateAgents #SalesTraining #EntrepreneurMindset #SupportCommunity
