One of the more difficult transactions we've ever had here at Alexander Realty, yet we made it to the closing table! It seemed like every time we completed a hurdle, another one was waiting around the corner. Having a trustworthy team of professionals who all put their heads together and buyers who never gave up is priceless. Shout out to Marcia Randoll, who worked diligently for her clients, as well as Freedom Title, Cardinal Surveying, and Jim Weston with Preferred Rate. Marcy Randoll was thinking that she many not be cut out for real estate after this transaction, BUT we beg to differ. She was the biggest trooper and worked unbelievably hard for her clients. I have to mention Mark Ottinger too, this guy was 100% accessible to Marcy Randoll every step of the way. You won't find this in many Brokerages.
