We can help in a lot of different ways, right. So we can help with general accounting, cost accounting, FP and a internal controls, taxation, SEC reporting. We can help with just general accounting or or sorry just general projects where they where people need additional hands during a time of increased workload, whether that's due to acquisition, whatever it may be. And then we have the technical projects where like 840 twos, six O 6 is M&A, due diligence projects. We've all these different projects that we can help out on. What does a successful project look like for you? So a successful project for us. We define it. By completing the project successfully, which sounds super simple, but there's not, there's an incredible amount of nuance behind it. There's just an incredible amount of nuance, and I think we do it better than any organization I've seen. Right. And you can see what happens behind the scenes, you know, we, we, we watch how the sausage is made and it's, it's a, it's a, it's a complex, you know, it's a complex process. Also have have to have the right skills and capability and demeanor to work with the work within that organization and understand that organization. Because there are certain things that consultant does that are different than what a permanent hire employee does. Things that we carefully look at is not just the technical skill sets. There are so many times where the best consultant is not the person who happens to have the best technical skill sets, right? Some. Sometimes that person with a great technical skill sets is not fully engaged. They don't want to consulting assignments. They are looking at other opportunities. They don't have the personality to navigate through through a situation where they're going to work with others. They aren't gonna acquiesce to others on, you know, in, in the form of a project. So there's, there's just a lot of nuance here where you think you're going to look at a resume and say, Oh my gosh, this person would be a great consultant. You, you're absolutely wrong. You know, I mean, you're, you're absolutely wrong. I mean, it is, you know, there's, there's just a process here towards understanding, understanding who is the right fit within an organization and what, you know, what consultant is the right fit within that organization.

Not all organizations will have a fully developed corporate governance structure.
