Earlier today, we at Naluri hosted our first CHRO Roundtable Dialogue, a conversation surrounding insights from our past research on employee wellbeing. Several industry leaders came together to discuss how unintended toxicity in the workplace creates conflict, affecting business performance and development. With today’s discussion, we intend to bridge the gap and discuss the methodologies that can be employed in any organisation to create a psychologically safe workplace.
