Sydney’s Lower North Shore industrial infill development site with DA sold by Knight Frank A vacant block of land in Sydney’s Lower North Shore at 23-25 Higginbotham Road in Gladesville sold for more than $10 million negotiated by by Knight Frank Australia agents Anthony Pirrottina, Demi Carigliano and Angus Klem. Anthony Pirrottina said there was strong buyer demand for the property during the campaign, with 124 enquiries resulting in five offers. “In addition to interest from established industrial developers, there was significant demand from residential developers looking to move into the less regulated commercial/industrial sector,” he added. Angus Klem said the sale price for the Gladesville property equated to a rate of more than $2400 per square metre of land. “This is reflective of the chronic shortage of industrial land on the Lower North Shore, and buyer demand for this unique offering within the heart of Gladesville’s tightly-held industrial precinct." he added. Without stating the obvious there's been some solid growth in Perth the last couple of years. And, Coolbellup has been a little star of late ⭐ I purchased this corner lot for $600,000 in February 2023 I've renovated the existing dwelling & converted it from a 3x1 to a 4x2. I'm building either side, three street frontage properties. I moved into the existing house while construction occurs (it's been a long time coming) I definitely went a little over board on the renovation because we intended to live in it for 2 years (bloody emotional renovators 😂) It will owe me about $1.55 million & the current value (finished product) is about $2.4 million (and still climbing) These properties are not being flipped & will be retained long term. Beal Homes has secured planning approval for a £120million development which will bring 450 new homes to a popular neighbourhood in Hull. A planning application by the East Yorkshire-based housebuilder for a 52-acre site in the Kingswood area has been given the green light by Hull City Council’s Planning Committee, subject to conditions. The “hybrid” application included full planning permission for the first 214 homes and associated works, as well as outline plans for a further 236 homes.
