A Section 8 Notice is a notice that a Landlord serves on a tenant which states that possession of the property (which is the subject of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement) is needed back by a certain date. Most tenants tend to abuse the protection they have under the Tenancy Law. What they do not realise is that, no matter what they do, there's no way the court will collect the house from the original landlord and give it to the tenant. As much as I do not support the actions of some landlords, some tenants too do. Each party to a Tenancy must learn to respect each other's rights in the tenancy arrangement. #Tenancy #landlordandtenantmatters #propertylawyer #attorney
