𝗔𝗜 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🏗️🤖 We’ve been sold the idea that BIM is the future of construction. But is it? Or is it just a bureaucratic maze? 🌀 Let’s face it: BIM isn’t solving the real issues on-site. It’s just stacking more virtual paperwork 📑 on an industry already bogged down by inefficiency. While BIM is busy “standardizing,” construction sites are scrambling to adapt rigid digital models to the unpredictable reality of building things that aren’t plug-and-play. 🧩⚠️ Enter AI. Unlike BIM, AI doesn’t obsess over forcing everything into boxes 📦. Instead, it adapts, learns, and anticipates 🔍⚙️, turning complex data into actionable insights, not just more compliance forms. With AI, we’re not tied to a template that was outdated before it even left the drafting room. BIM had a decade to make construction seamless. It didn’t. And if AI keeps advancing, we might finally ditch BIM’s dream of a perfect digital model—and focus on actually building better. 🏢💪 Maybe it’s time to stop trying to fix BIM and start looking beyond it.
