When we agree, we don’t need the law—a handshake is as good as a contract, and maybe better. Our leaders negotiate and reach reasonable conclusions. Dispues get worked out. The law is what helps us to live in the same society when we don’t agree. It’s never been more important than now. I’m looking forward to a lively discussion!
Next week, we have a very special guest joining us at our weekly Rotary meeting. We are honored to announce Dave Yost, State of Ohio Attorney General, will be joining us. Please join us at 12:00pm at the Glass City Center.

Coach Klieman knows how important each component of an organization is!! That’s a leader who has a full scope of understanding.
After Kansas State won its bowl game, head coach Chris Klieman paused his victory speech to shout out the school's marching band, which drove 20 hours to support the team in Arizona 🎺

Should CEOs get into the trenches with their teams, or is their time better spent on high-level strategy? We’ve all heard the stories—CEOs like Elon Musk working on the factory floor to understand operations and lead by example. But let’s be honest: How often is this more storytelling than substance? Not for Adam Shampaine , CEO of HomeFix. Despite leading a large, complex organization, Adam prioritizes time with his canvassing team. Why? Because at its core, HomeFix is a canvass-based company, and its canvassers are the driving force behind its success. So, is there anything more important Adam could be doing as CEO than investing time where it matters most? Personally, I lean towards rolling up my sleeves and getting involved. There’s no “CEO work” versus “employee work”—there’s just the most important work. At HomeFix canvassing is essential to the company’s growth and operations, and Adam gets that. By focusing his efforts there, he’s setting an example for every leader in the home improvement industry. Well done, Adam. That’s why you’re a legend in this space. and just in case you’re wondering, yes he did get 4 LEADS!!

Is this map the reason why Dave Ramsey tells people that they can expect to take 10% a year from their retirement portfolio because stocks return 10% a year on average? Many people have commented that this seems like some awfully aggressive advice and Ramsey's probably the only guy in the business telling people to go ahead and take 10% a year from their retirement investments. I've long speculated that he's doing this because his audience really corresponds to the red on this map and he knows they're not going to live very long anyhow. I wonder..... #Retirement #Stocks #Retirementplanning
Not sure if this is real…but I did get it off of Anthony Pompliano. What’s up with that one little dark blue spec right on top of Nashville? Regardless…I’ll take it! 86.8, here I come!
