I've been very fortunate to have senior leaders who not only supported intrapreneurial ideas but actively encouraged them. This experience gave me valuable insight into how companies can nurture creativity and innovation within their teams. Lately I've been wondering if companies are still encouraging this type of creativity and innovation from within. It got me thinking about the paper, my colleague and writing partner Robyn Rucchin King and I, wrote for our Strategic Foresight and Innovation independent study.
