Take can be fun. It's not always about engineering. We have lots of opportunities for people who are from the design side that could be basically fun as well. So the surprising thing is I think tech has evolved actually over the last few years, right? I think before you used to have to be a technologist and now you have to be, you have to know tech obviously, but you also have to understand the impact techies having on the user and so tech now. It's really about blending the design elements of the front with the technology. Yeah. I think being having a few different qualities such as creativity because you need to develop a good user experiences, you need to be very customer centric and then also to be able to know what technology can do to enhance that overall experience. We've got lots of creative people in our team. We've got lots of great technologies in our team. And so it's blending those two things together creates the great, the great outcome for everyone. For agency, we actually using Gen. AI to develop a number of tools across the whole agency value chain. In Hong Kong, we develop the AI recruitment tools, the AI push that elearning to our agent to help them prepare for meeting with the prospect. And of course we will continue to invest to further enhance our professionalism. Of our agents and they will further enhance how they delight their customers.
